Week 1: Meditating

A huge part of developing a black belt character is Developing your Ninja Focus and Concentration. The challenge for our students this week is to meditate for 5 minutes each day, sitting completely still, as we do in class, legs cross, hands on knees, eyes closed.

This is a great way to de-stress, relax and maintain a calm mind. Try to plan little reward at the end of the week if you do it every single day!

We have taught so many students who now do this every day at home with the help of their parents and the feedback we have received is incredible.
