Week 2: Fitness Challenge

Week 2 is all about Fitness! A huge part of being a Warrior is keeping active, fit and healthy! So this week, all students must perform the required amount of squat jumps, press-ups and plank (seconds) for their grade! If you need to break this up and have rests in between that’s absolutely fine for now:

Belt – Squat Jumps / Press-ups / Plank seconds

White Belt – 10 / 10 / 30 sec
Yellow Tag Belt – 15 / 15 / 40 sec
Yellow Belt – 20 / 20 / 50 sec
Green Tag Belt – 25 / 25 / 60 sec
Green Belt – 30 / 30 / 70 sec
Blue Tag Belt – 35 / 35 / 80 sec
Blue Belt – 40 / 40 / 90 sec
Red Tag Belt – 45 / 45 / 100 sec
Red Belt – 50 / 50 / 110 sec
Black Tag Belt – 55 / 55 / 120 sec
Black Belt Belt – 60 / 60 / 130 sec
Black Belt 1st Degree – 100 / 100 / 180 sec

The Warrior Academy fitness programme gets tougher as you progress, but we always build you up with little steps! So enjoy this challenge, feel yourself becoming stronger and fitter… and as always, plan a little reward at the end of the week if you do it every single day!
