Week 5 already! Wow, I hope everyone is having an amazing Summer holiday! This weeks challenge is about Mindfulness. Mindfulness is all about being aware of the present moment, accepting how you feel and developing a sense of gratitude.
This week you are going to think of 3 things every day you are grateful for… it can be small things like sleeping in a comfy bed, having a great breakfast… or even bigger things like having an amazing family!
By doing this at the start of each day, taking only a few minutes, you are going to feel fantastic for the rest of the day. The impact of regularly feeling grateful for the things we have is a powerful technique to develop our mindset.
As always, plan a little reward at the end of the week if you do it every single day!
