White Belt – Combination

Let's get started with the basics! A good fighting position and guard is one of the most important things you will learn in your training. Stay balanced, keep your hands up, chin down and work on your jab, cross technique. Perform a front kick off the back leg finishing in exactly the same position you started. Combine all three and you have your white belt combination!
