Yellow Belt – Defence from Hammer Fist Strike

Defend from a right hand hammer-fist, perform one of the most important blocks you will learn, cover up keeping your guard tight and quickly counter with an elbow strike getting close to your opponent (Go slow and be careful with your partner!) TIP: If you can grab a noodle (swimming noodles are cheap and very useful!) get good at blocking potential strikes using this block on both sides! You can block and counter strike with an elbow as a great drill.
