Yellow Tag Belt – Defence From Single Hand Shirt Grab

Hands up to defend from a punch straight away, left hand over your opponents left shoulder, chin down and pull in for an elbow strike. Remember to show self control and be careful with your partner! TIP: Ask your partner to keep their hand up to protect their head, this way you can practice going closer with the elbow without the risk of hurting each other. Please be extremely careful with elbows and only perform this with adults helping :).
