Leaders are responsible for spotting problems before they occur and solving them quickly. Leaders must have brilliant attention to detail to spot these problems. Having excellent attention to detail helps us perfect our performance or work and improves our work ethic.

This skill carries on in life to adulthood where we must perform at a higher level and large amounts of focus and concentration are required. Developing leadership skills regularly helps us work on this with our students in class where we critique our own technique and that of our peers in a very positive and constructive, respectful way.
