Why Amesbury and Salisbury families train at our HQ
High Post sits on the A345 between Amesbury and Salisbury, so it is an easy run after school from Durrington, Bulford, Larkhill and Old Sarum as well as from both towns. It is our only purpose-built centre in the UK and the only club open four evenings a week, so families can pick the evening that fits around school, clubs and work.
Because it is our headquarters, the HQ timetable has sessions you will not find at our village hall clubs: dedicated sparring on Tuesdays, weapons on Thursdays, a Leaders and black belts session, and adult sessions so parents can train too.

Questions from Amesbury families
What age can my child start?
From 4. At the HQ, juniors (4 to 8) have sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, seniors (9 to 11) train every evening from Monday to Thursday, and students aged 12 and up move into the advanced sessions by grade.
Is the first class free?
Yes. Book a free taster at the HQ on whichever evening suits you, and we will match your child to the right session.
What does my child need to wear?
Comfortable clothes they can move in. If your child joins, their uniform and kit are ordered through our online shop and handed over at the HQ.
Is there parking at the HQ?
Yes. There is parking on site at High Post Business Park, so drop-off and pick-up are easy.
